Please complete the C&K Waiting List Application form for existing services, by using the following link

Once complete please return your kindergarten waiting list application form directly to the service. Contact details are available at the top of this page. It is C&K policy that we do not disclose where a child is numbered on the wait list.

Should any of your original contact details change please advise the kindergarten service directly.  Failure to update your details may result in your child missing out on a kindergarten placement offer.
